Leadership and responsibility is distributed across the LASER Leadership Team with on-the-ground work carried out by regional LASER Alliance Directors with systemic support from the LASER Advisory.

• LASER Leadership Team (OSPI Science, the Alliance Network Coordinator, the Alliance Network Leads, and the LASER Advisory Liaisons): design, facilitate, and implement activities that lead to progress toward LASER goals and provide capacity-building support, strategic guidance, and technical assistance to Alliance Directors in service of LASER goals.
• Regional Alliance Directors: implement, share, and refine best practices and tools that contribute to LASER goals.
• LASER Advisory: provide perspective, expertise, and advice on LASER’s unique contribution to science education in Washington and maintaining equity as a driver of the work.
